Frequently asked Questions
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays (excluding statutory holidays).
During special events such as sales, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may extend to 2–4 business days due to increased order volumes.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control.
All online sales are final.
We do not offer full refunds or exchanges for online purchases. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Each case is reviewed by our management team, and if appropriate, we may issue a credit or replacement product.
Replacement products are only sent in cases of confirmed defective items. Resolve Wellness reserves the right to determine appropriate compensation on a case-by-case basis.

Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
You may use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. However, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify the address and cannot guarantee delivery.
All sales are final, so please ensure your information is accurate before completing your purchase.
At this time, we ship within Canada only, in accordance with applicable laws.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Orders are typically shipped in a single package whenever possible.
However, depending on product availability, order size, or shipping logistics, items may occasionally ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
